This varies based on the size and complexity of the project. A typical 3000 – 5000 square foot modular facility can take as little as 90 days from start to finish.

What services are available aside from the structure?
Apex offers full turn-key services to complete any building project. These services include but are not limited to site surveys, geotechnical services, excavating, grading, utilities, foundations, fire alarms and building sprinkler systems, speciality items such as datacom, closed circuit TV, and a range of other services as needed.
Does an Apex Modular Group building come with a warranty?
Yes, all Apex buildings come with a standard one-year warranty on materials and labor. Apex also passes on all manufactures’ extended warranties on materials and labor to the client. Extended warranties are available for purchase.
Does a modular building have to sit off of the ground?
No. While a typical modular building sits 28- to 36-inches off the ground, a foundation system can be designed to accommodate a grade-set building.
Do you offer any financing for Apex buildings?
Yes, we provide leasing and lease-to-own terms through a third-party lender.
